Do you provide CMM inspection reports?
Yes. CMM reports are available on request for precision orders. First Article Inspection reports are also available on request, and Certificates of Conformance and Material Test Reports ship as standard.
How do you handle first article vs. production runs?

What happens if parts don't pass quality inspection?
Parts that fail inspection are not shipped. The failure triggers an investigation and affects the supplier's performance evaluation. Because of the DFM review and supplier matching up front, most issues are caught before production.
